Sabesp Mobile is the application of Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo. It offers customers quick access to some of the company's main services. The tool allows you to easily and conveniently register the RGI, which is the number used to identify a property with Sabesp, and helps to report water or sewage leaks and water shortages with just a few clicks. The registration process is simple, and in order to gain access, customers must provide their name, email, phone number, CPF, RG, date of birth, and create a password. Access to certain services will be available through this registration.

With this application, you can:

• Organize your RGIs by creating nicknames for each one, making them easier to identify.
• Quickly view the status of the latest 3 bills.
• View the bills for each RGI for the past 12 months, providing detailed information on values and other details.
• Generate a second copy of outstanding bills.
• Learn step-by-step how to set up automatic debit for your account.
• Receive notifications about the RGIs registered in the application, as well as information about network maintenance and other updates.
• Safely and conveniently submit information about water or sewage leaks, including photos and geolocation of the incident.
• Receive feedback on the submitted leak report directly via the application.
• Allow users to report water shortages at their residence or in the surrounding area to Sabesp.
• Request the first water and sewage connection.
• Simulate water consumption for the property.
• Change the account holder.
• For customers with remotely read smart meters: now you can monitor your daily consumption through the application.
